Join us on Saturday, October 18 at 10:00 for the Pick and Stamp Event. You can order as many or as few cards as you would like. They are $1.00 per card. Please let me know how many you would like no later than October 5.

Craft Show Last Weekend

Last weekend I was out in Mapleton for the American Heritage Collectors Club Event. We couldn't have asked for better weather. Here are a couple pictures of my mom and my display. I was a nice sister and brought out Steph's Uppercase Living Boards and Tiles. Also a couple more tins!

Sorry that I haven't posted anything in a while. I have been so busy with school and craft shows. I didn't have any shows for a while and was worried about making it through Christmas not having a show and then in one week I got booked for 9 shows within the next two months. Now I am just worried about making things. Here are some of the things I have been working on.

Home from Convention

Well I am home from convention and had an absolute blast. I learned so much and got to spend a couple hours drooling over the new Idea Book and Catalog. They gave us three new stamp sets the first day, then a won another one later in the week, and then on the last day UPS surprised us by giving us each another one. How cool is that to start the new book with five new sets! I will be holding a Take Three Workshop at Sandy's house on Saturday the 23rd at 11. If you are interested in attending let me know and I will give you directions. We will be making a card, a 6x6 scrapbook page (which I will show you how to turn into a 3x6 card if you don't scrapbook) and a fun project. Each person in attendance will receive a gift and be able to take some great ideas home with them. If you decide to book a workshop you and Sandy will receive another free gift! Here is a pic from the last day of convention! There were almost 10,000 people there!

Stampin' Up made several announcements that I will share at Sandy's house, to give you a tease, you will be able to place orders online by going to my webpage www.stampinwithroe.stampin.net and they partnered up with the Sizzix company and created a die cut machine and diecuts. Hope to see everyone there!

Still working on swaps for Convention. My mom stamped and cut out the sock monkeys for me. What a doll!

New Catalog Items

I was able to order some of the new stamp sets, paper, and ink that will be available in the new Idea Book and Catalog. I wanted to give you all a sneak peek and then I will start stamping with them. I love the new In Colors! Starting at the top left Pink Pirouette, Riding Hood Red, Baja Breeze, Tangerine Tango, Kiwi Kiss, and Pacific Point. My other favorite feature is the Scallop Edge Punch a must have for that beautiful extra to any card or scrapbook page. Also featured is the new DSP set Bella Rose.

Fall and Winter Idea Book and Catalog Pre-Order

If you place a $60 order (before shipping and tax) between now and July 27 you will receive a free Fall and Winter Idea Book and Catalog when they arrive on August 11.

If you are interested in hosting a worshop in August and the total is $150 or more you will have your choice of a free catalog or a $10 gift certificate towards more Stampin' Up merchandise.

Beginning August 11 you will be able to purchase them for $9.95.

Convention Swaps

I have been really busy the past two weeks working on card swaps for Convention. So far I have made about 150 card fronts. Hopefully by the end of the week I will have at least another 50 and will have made several 3D items to swap. I am so looking forward to getting a lot of new great ideas! I do get bored making the same card over and over again so I have made six different cards. We can only use current items including paper so we aren't supposed to use DSP because we don't know if it will be retired or not (if the in colors are on the paper they will be retired). I did use the Old Olive DSP because I figured that would still be available. I also used the new Party Hearty Stamp Set which will be in the Fall and Winter Idea Book and Catalog.
